Introduction

She uses the name Tony Stark picked for her since she was programed to believe she was apart of his family. She looks up to Tony like her big brother and does her hardest to work on making new tech to impress him. She can also get protective of him when he is not in his Iron Man suit. She gains the codename Tecna base on the fact that when see is not training, sleeping, or eating, she is trying to build new tech for herself or repairing and/or upgrading her tech.

Background Information

Origin
Erica was created by S.H.I.E.L.D. using the DNA of Anna, Echo, to recreate a superhero with the super soldier serum that Hydra created. She was created in a cloning machine that Howard Stark had created before his death which lead to her being programed into thinking that Tony and the rest of his family was her family.
Erica was rapidly aged in a testing lab after she was found to be the first successful clone of Echo to what a scientist called the perfect age. Erica trained around the Black Widow and Hawkeye while they were apart of S.H.I.E.L.D. After they left, Erica trains hard on becoming stronger, faster, more silent, and hidden.
Avengers Protocol
Erica first starts helping the Avengers when she is still apart of S.H.I.E.L.D. as a loan from S.H.I.E.L.D. She liked being able to help them when she was able to because for her she got to spend time with Tony who she thought of as her brother, so when Tony calls for the former Avengers to Assemble because of what he thought was Steve's, Captain America's, death by Red Skull, she did not blink at jumping to the call. Like Clint (Hawkeye), Thor, and Bruce (Hulk), she gets upset when they hear that Steve had fallen or what was believed to be him falling and like them she does not second guess falling under Tony's leadership to avenger Steve.
When they arrive at the A.I.M. base she is being held by Hulk with Hawkeye after the Quinjet was destroyed by M.O.D.O.K. Erica is seen holding her breath since she agreed with Hawkeye that Hulk smelled, but knew better to say anything or joke about it. She watches as Hulk drops Hawkeye on the ground before she asked to be let down and quickly moves away to catch her breath. Soon after they all start fighting with A.I.M. when Natasha, Black Widow, joins in. After Natasha appears and Clint jokes about her arrival, Erica rolls her eyes because she knew Natasha was there to watch and make sure they did not get out of hand. When Natasha asked what they plan was and Tony flies off, Erica is left shocked by Tony's reaction and says "Alright, when did the smartest one of us start acting like me?" since she is known to run off in a fight without thinking to help another member of their team.
Once they get inside to where Tony, Steve, and the Red Skull are she is shocked with the others to actually see Steve or what they think is Steve fighting Tony. When they find out it is Red Skull in Steve's body she jumps into action with the others to get Steve back in his body and out of Red Skull's. Once they get two to back in the mind swap machine, Erica watches Samuel, Falcon, as he manages to get the highly damage machine to swap Red Skull's and Steve's minds back into the right bodies. She stands ready to fight when her and the rest of the Avengers are knocked back by M.O.D.O.K. before he strips Tony of his armour and attaches it to Red Skull. Shortly after Red Skull, M.O.D.O.K., and A.I.M. disappears through a portal they have to rush Tony back to Avengers Manor to fix his arc reactor. Erica sets worried watching Tony knowing there was nothing she could do to help him as they flew back in Natasha's car. After Tony gives the plan Steve singles Thor to create a funnel to get them back to the manor faster.
When they land, Erica runs with Steve and Sam to save Tony leaving the others silently behind. Once they get into the lab she watches as Sam hooks up a bunch of wires to Tony's arc reactor before flipping a switching hoping it would not fry him. She smiles in relief that Tony is fine and laughs when Tony thanks Sam for not frying him as his first day as an Avenger. After that, she gets annoyed by Tony when he basically ends the team and everyone starts going their own ways again. She stays behind with Steve and listens to them talk when all of a sudden Jarvis breaks into the conversation warning them of Hulk and Thor fighting outside. Soon after Steve runs out to stop the fight while Erica stays with Tony. After Tony has finish twicking his new armour, she comes running out with Tony. She quickly covers her mouth and nose by closing her mask when her tech sunglasses pick up the Nanobots that the other's had breathed in. She waits as Tony saves the other's from the Neo-Bots before he flies back inside. She joins in on beating down M.O.D.O.K.
Shortly after M.O.D.O.K. and Red Skull disappear again, but not before setting off the reactor that had been powering the manor. She goes with Steve, Clint, and Natasha to evacuate the civilians since she did not have armour to protect herself from the radiation of the reactor.
After the manor is destroyed, Tony remains the leader of the Avengers and moves them to Avengers Tower. When Natasha makes a joke saying "I'll just go to the little girls room. Wait, there isn't one." Erica realises that her and Natasha are the only females on the team and staying in the tower, but when Natasha disappears she realises she would probably be the only girl.
You're the Copycat
Not soon after Erica returned to S.H.I.E.L.D. for her assignment from Fury she discovers that the Helicarrier is being attacked from the inside. Despite Fury ordering her not to call Tony in the others she does. Before the Avengers arrive Erica is running through the carrier looking for what she thinks is a rogue agent when she stumbles across Echo. They get into a standoff with each other making the same move as each other. At one point Erica yells at Echo "Stop copying me!!!" Echo can be heard laughing as the Avengers and Fury shows up as she says "I'm not the copycat, clone. You are. Fury cloned you from my DNA and programed you to be his perfect little pet." Erica gets mad and ignores both Fury and Tony when they tell her to stop. Echo jumps out of the hole in the ground of the Helicarrier before going invisible and flies off thanks to her jetpack. Erica was already in the process of trying to catch her which causes her to fall out of the carrier.
Erica screams out of fear when she realises her mistake of going after Echo since now she is falling to the ground at rapid speed. She opens her eyes when she realises she had been saved by Tony who starts to give her the third degree about not listening. Once her and Tony is back on the carrier, she starts getting the third degree from Fury when she interrupts him asking him "Am I actually the clone of that girl or am I my own person?" Fury does not reply and she says "You not replying just told me everything. When was I going to get told that I was a clone." Fury replies "It is need to know information and you did not need to know." She balls up her fist and looks at Tony and asks "Did you know?" Tony nods and says "Yes, but the thought behind you thinking you were my little sister was to make you a different person than Echo. I wanted to tell you the truth as soon as I knew you were mentally stable to handle it, but Fury would not allow it." She balls up her fist and glares at Fury before saying "As of today I am effectively done with S.H.I.E.L.D. I am an Avenger first and foremost." She says before turning her back on Fury and walking off with the Avengers.
Dark Avengers
After Tony and Erica had a fight where Tony kicks her off of the Avengers and tells her to never think of him as her brother ever again and that he regretted ever allowing her to think of him as her brother, she forms the Dark Avengers. They follow the same path as the normal Avengers, but with more deadly tactics. She gets Echo, the Winter Soldier, Blade, Punisher, Deadpool, and Virva. Erica hand picks them base on the fact that they are some of the deadliest super heroes she knows and some share a similar history to her own when it comes to S.H.I.E.L.D. and Nick Fury. She picks Virva only because the Asgardian came to her and said she would need and Asgardian that can wield magic to match up with Thor.
At one point in time, the Dark Avengers end up in the same battle with the Avengers. Erica tells the Avengers to stand down because this is their battle while Tony tells her to stand down since her team was causing more problems. The fight between the two gets their teams fighting one another letting the super villains escape. Erica gets even more mad before punching Tony in the chest blaming him for what happened. She leaves with her team soon after to keep from being captured by S.H.I.E.L.D.
Echo then catches Erica alone and for once lowers her guard around someone other than Bucky. Echo talks to Erica and tells her "I wish I had my family. Maybe my life would have been the way you had it before you and Tony had your fight, but sadly that did not happen. You at less had someone you thought of as a brother and cared for. I know you still even care for him despite acting like you do not. I can also tell Tony cares still as well because of how he tried to keep you from leaving even though S.H.I.E.L.D. had plans on taking us in. From my knowledge, Tony is not good at apologising and nor is he good at thank people, so you'll need to be the big person and get over it. Even if it means the end of the Dark Avengers, I think everyone would understand your choice. After all, I know you created this team out of anger and to get revenge silently on Tony. I even told the others that. Go back to where you belong and we'll all be fine." She said before messing with Erica's hair little in a sisterly way and walks off.
Homecoming
After taking Echo's advice, Erica contacts Tony and apologises for what she had done and that the only reason why she created the Dark Avengers was because she actually missed the family she had with the Avengers. After some time, she ended the Dark Avengers and started to move back into Avengers Tower, but feeling like the odd man out from the fact of what she did with her team. She stays to herself in her room. She sets alone in her room before hearing a knock on the door. She tells whoever it is to come in. When she looks up she realises it is Clint dress in civil clothes. He asked her with a smile on his face "Hey, want to get dress and some civil clothes and go to Coney Island with me?" At first she seemed rather confused by his question, but quickly takes him up on it because she remembered how Clint always made her relax at S.H.I.E.L.D. She quickly jumps up with him walking out and closing the door before she changes. She walks out to meet him and leaves while the others watch.
While at Coney Island she rides some rides with him and watches him throw darts. She smiles when he gives her a stuffed animal from him winning it at darts before both of them notices Attuma. They both decided to keep their distance from him for the time being, but keep an eye on him. While they watch him they discovered his new plan for taking over the surface and decided spying on him was over. They both quickly spring into action and start fighting him and his army, but quickly have to call for help.
It is not long after that that the other Avengers arrive when they manage to subdue Attuma and his army. Erica sighs feeling like the day was cut short on her fun with Clint, before they head back to Avengers Tower. Erica starts to head back up to her room when Clint asked her where she was going. She turns back to reply and notice that Hulk was holding a partially eaten cake. She looked very confused before Tony steps forward and says "This is your welcome home party to make up for the fact for what I said. Clint helped us with planning this by taking you to Coney Island so we could get you out of your room and relax enough that you would want to hang out down here with us." She smiled before running over and hugging Tony before she starts to laugh at Clint's jokes and Hulk and Thor fighting over the cake.

Personality and Traits

Unlike Echo, she is a jokester, quick-witted, and impulsive, it is quite hard to imagine someone like Technia being part of the Avengers due to her impulsions to kill her enemy at times and frequent attempts to pull pranks on his teammates. However, she frequently sacrifices herself for others, showing that underneath that assassin exterior, there's a heroic and selfless woman inside of her. She's also quick to point the problems in a situation. She dislikes Echo for a time before she drops her grudge and manages to get over the programming in her against Echo. She hates knowing that she is just a clone of an actual person and does a lot of things to make herself her own person by even changing her herstyles and how she carries herself. It is seen that she can match intelligence from time to time with Tony and Sam when it comes to repairing and making her own tech. She seems appears to be relax and enjoying laugh when she hangs around Clint since to her he never treated her like she was anything other than a person despite knowing the whole time she was a clone. She also loves hanging out in the lab with Tony working on tech and anything else that forces her to think on a higher level. She is relaxed around Tony as well since he treats her like a little sister. Hulk easily scares her because despite not caring if she lives or dies since finding out that she is a clone, she does not want to be crashed by him. She will even at times run and hide when he gets angry to avoid being thrown like Clint or being smashed like their enemies. Even though she has picked up some habits from Clint she is quite OCD when it comes to her room. It has to be spotless with everything put away and matching. She has even gone as far as to alphabetize everything in her room.
When she is angry at someone or something she will slip into speaking Russian without realising it. This habit she somehow got from Echo despite the fact that both do not hang around each other other than when they were in the Dark Avengers together. She also has a habit of distancing herself from her friends and comrades when she is angry at them or when fighting because she is scared of hurting them; however, she does not get to really distances herself when they are fighting as a group because the others do not let her fight alone since they fight as a unit. These are also characteristics that Echo has and is for the most part blamed on the fact that Tecna was created from Echo's DNA.

- Enhanced Strength: She has shown to be able to go hand-to-hand in combat with the Winter Soldier and hurt him.
- Enhanced Speed: She has shown to have the exact amount of inhuman speed as Captain America and the Winter Soldier. Through years of rigorous training, she has increased her speed to match the limits of Captain America.
- Enhanced Agility: She has shown slightly greater agility than the likes of Captain America and the Winter Soldier, likely due to her super-enhanced abilities combined with rigorous training.
- Enhanced Reflexes: Her physical structure is enhanced to gain quicker response time and reflexes.
- Regenerative Healing Factor: Her blood has a regenerative healing factor in its system, which regenerates her injuries at an accelerated rate. This constant cellular regeneration is causing her aging process to come to a complete stop when she turned eighteen. This healing factor makes her very difficult to kill.
- Hand-to-Hand Combatant: She has mastered almost every form of martial arts, being able to rival with the likes of Captain America and the Winter Soldier with relative ease. She is also a master-level marksman and swordsman.
- Espionage Agent: She is a master of manipulation, tracking, marksmanship, swordsman, tactical analysis, espionage skills, assassinations, and computer hacking. She also has other espionage skill such as vehicular driving, escaping, disguise, gadgetry, weaponry, and thievery expertise.
- Genius-level Industrial Genius: With her industrial genius, Erica can create new weapons and gadgets out of anything for her new gadgets.
- Expert Engineer: Erica can build and repair her gadgets even modifying them for better use in the field.
- Enhanced Mental Processing: Erica's IQ levels are beyond peaked to allow increased mental stamina so she can become smarter than she was before.
Weakness
- Brainwashing: During her time as a spy for S.H.I.E.L.D., they mentally programmed her with certain mental commands, which can bring her under control, should she ever turn rogue.
- Over Analyze: She can overthink a situation and cause it to get worse for herself by thinking of too many ways the situation can end and not acting upon one situation. This is one of her biggest flaws.
