SkekTember, day 10: "He's off on one of his speeches again". / skekSo the Emperor, skekSil the Chamberlain, skekLa the Illustrator, and*literally every other Skeksis seen in the movie*.
* The Emperor is off on one of his speeches. Yet again.
The older he gets, the more often he does this...
His courtiers struggle to not yawn or roll eyes at their leader, although every single one of them has the same wish at the time: for His Imperial Highness to shut up!

((This is my last SkekTember drawing for this year! It's been quite a ride! Thanks to everyone who joined and gave it a try!))
