I really like your design for Dawn. This swimsuit is something that I could imagine her wearing. Your concept of shading is pretty spot on though there's always room for improvement. your contours are pretty solid and your proportions are really accurate I say good job ^^
Something I do know you could use to try and work on is although your outer contours on Dawn's hair are right try and add some detail making more strands of her hair which even though can be hard can also add more realism to your artwork.
Also I do notice that you should look at the whites in her eyes. Her right eye is a little bit bigger than her left so that's just something I noticed.
Keep up the great work and take in some new skills and you'll be great in no time ^^ (not like you aren't great already)
