god i love that HIDEO effect. i love the psycho mantis fight in general.So Psycho Mantis from Metal Gear Solid. he's part of the FOXHOUND unit.
Done in an OC session with then edited a bit in Photoshop 6.0

Mantis is probably my favorite boss fight from Metal Gear Solid, and rightfully so. With his telekinesis, hurling all that furniture around, and vanishing with stealth camo. He was a great boss, and a great villian. But Snake got him. Oh well, Snake's good too. Anyway, a very terrific job, you made that mask very sinister indeed. Almost like a black skull with burning fire in the eyes. Quite scary.
