This was my Mom's Mother Day's Gift. It is Kiki and Jiji from the Studio Ghibli movie, Kiki's Delivery Service. I introduce my mother to the world of Hayao Miyazaki, and her favorite movie has been this one! She especially loves the cat, Jiji.

I just realized that Kiki's hair has more warm tones than cold tones. I added blue to make her hair more interesting than just plain old black. But the result just made her hair look like blue was her natural hair color. I will for sure use warm colors (brown with black to make dark-brown hair) next time. I also included many of the significant items found throughout the movie next to both Kiki and Jiji to make the environment seem less empty. If anyone knows how to correctly color black hair or know any good video tutorials, please tell me in the comments below. That would be great because my next project involves two dark-haired brothers born and raised in San Fransokyo. Peace!
