-There is so no sadder truth than those eerie yet candid words. I've always loved the mystery, beauty and voice of ravens (or even crows for that matter) and they have always represented a special meaning to me nonetheless. A symbolic living form of the darkness of sin, yet also in many instances the redemption of it. Sorrow and wisdom is all that I was known to see within these divine creations, but they have grown to become an animal in which I respect at the most.
...I cannot tell you how much your contrast and eloquent lines here astonish me, and how much creation and ideal you are able to withhold within you to be able to make even the quote itself-whether it be yours or someone else- coexist so wonderfully and emotionally together. The "gem" of life, is indeed beautiful, yet the "eye" of death is dismaying-but it its own way, is also quite intriguing to know the depths and meaning of it and how it happens...sometimes so awfully without your knowing. D:
