The concept shows through very clearly.
I love the gross feel..the uncomfortable atmosphere..excecuted very very nicely.
On the right side (and a little on the left) there is a white and gray thing (I think it is a shirt? not sure), but it distracts me a little when I am looking thourghly at the photo.

I adore this. I love the emotion conveyed injust your eye, and you look as if you're reaching for help. Blood is a great touch too. I would have liked a tear also, but it's magnificent just as it is.
