A quick drawing I did to try and get myself back into inking more with a brush again. This has some obvious flaws, the blacks on the cape for one are atrocious! Obviously I'm a bit rusty ...I want to make it so I can switch between messy/chunky brushwork and clean thin linework at a whim, sometimes even in the same picture.
So, practice, practice, practice . . .

This has a cool feel, I actually like the black in the cape, its really bold and thats something I think makes it real intresting.
