(don´t comment if, if you don´t like, Anne is not any danger here I just wanted to try draw the how to say fake hypnotized eyes)

well...she challenge the lamia with that she did´t belived she could hypnotize....but well she is not any danger for this lamia/naga is not evil...if you not count to get your feet tickled as peril...
well yet she controls them but well relexes does activate by themself like the known ankle kick and well with that fact is not that farfetched that some of Anne´s flower can go out and activate themself ^^

well that´s not something I consider think about..that Anne like or dislike tickling... but well it dephen on the case.
but well still if ticlikng is playful to say not torture well then is pretty harmless
well in her current state (in the manga she not so strong yet...she will be stonger soon) well not so sure. but well hypnosis in real life well, i don´t know that much of it but I know that is kinda deep relaxtion so jus something to wake her up... and well that mytbuster test some hypno myth and well the real life hynostim can´t prent in messages in you brain..well not the mythbuster testing it but well overall maybe...that it not working but well some people might be able to get "programeted" still but well it´s low %.
Another test they did was to remember things from a event by hypnotism and well that worked for all 3 (Kari,Tori and Grant)
and well tickling might would wake her up from trance
but then this not canon also...just thing that are in the manga is direct canon...but those pics with you and Anne well that kinda a diffrent series (everday Anne and C.o so to say..and you kinda are with there now with fact that you keep return again xD)

Of course, I wouldn't consider it as torture. I find getting tickled to be very uncomfortable and if overdone, I feel panic. But I guess that's not often.
I don't think the Mythbusters know much about hypnosis... Not enough to do it the right way.

well true that I think, but well they was not the one doing the hypno thing, that was done by some professionals...,but well they gave conclusion and tought as they normal does...
well not me either, but well...the hypno thing with eye or what they use or wel that when the magican just do some hand movement and willing one or the common assiantant lady that just fall down or so well...to remove ones concious that easily? well hard to belive
well with just eyes..probably not working but lure some in trance by lokk concentrating on some thing might work, but as you say..it might affect some people and some not
