Arty is a cat that was abandoned but I saved it and found it a new home.
Every cat has a different personality and many have high IQ, including ability to understand language and gestures.
It is very hard to tame a feral cat, but I have done it many times. The issue is people think cats belong indoors, But I know
from experience, that cats are mostly born in wild and prefer their freedom.
