Description A.V.A.R: Avian Variant Alquiler Raptor. The Alquiler Raptor are a species of predatory birds in the genus Falco Rusticolus, commonly referred to as the Gryfalcon. Genetically engineered for flight, Avar is small in stature. Barrel chested to accommodate air sacks and enlarged heart and lung organs. Short, powerful muscular arms and legs, with a keel to support wing musculature. Oviparous; Avar lacks typical human female mammalian anatomy.

This is an anatomical study of a human hybrid, so, naked.

Interesting! Love seeing these breakdowns of characters and their developmental states. Putting it in a basis of reality helps the viewer grasp and accept it as logical.

I have a thing for all things sc-fi, and winged. Attempting a more realistic representation of anatomy and winged things. Apparently for a human to be able to actually fly, they would need a minimum of a 30 foot wingspan. I like researching that kinda stuff. Flight could theoretically be possible, but probably more gliding than actual flying.

I always had issues with how the MR flock could tuck their wings into their school blazers, yeah I find that I always need reference when trying to attach those pesky wings to the scapulars. First attempt, so looking to improve, but ty!!

Me too. I've actually given my winged characters a second set of scapulae and such which occurs lower down in the back for independent movement of wings to arms. I thought that was pretty important.

Yeah, I like the idea of a second set of scapulars. I think that a Avian Sapien would need these. I think that would answer the question of ' how do you attach wings to Homo sapien anatomy.

Not everyone likes that idea because y'know, how it looks (not as elegant) but for me it's more of a feasibility thing rather than "it looks pretty"... even though I love drawing wings cause wings = pretty. Hahaha.
