My Gears of War Theron Guard costume pic by my friend Wes aka the portrait dude. It took around 420 hours to get him from a stack of foam to a fully wearable costume. Thanks! Foam isn't to bad cost wise I'd say the materials were around $500 but 2 months worth of work is where the dollars start adding up

That's not bad, I was actually thinking it be much higher then that, as for the time, well ya but time doesn't hit the bank account as hard
as cold hard cash does, the time part I can live with, the cash part is the hard one.
