Yh,I was bored xP and I felt like drawing Rita for some odd reason o3oI was also watching Mewtwo Returns ALOT while I was gone o3o cause there was no other movie for me to watch o3o
And then I saw a scene with the Pikatwo on the hill wen he tried to get Ash's Pikachu to leave the island that Mewtwo and the clone pokemon live in.
And I thought that maybe that scene would be good for a pic of Rita =3
And I was like "Woah.o.o" wen I finished this pic XD I didn't like the background much but wen I added it together,it turned out better x3
So..yh x3 I hope u like it Rita =3 and everyone else who see's this pic

Iv been getting so many requests for the past 3 years or so in a way and it's just insane o3o I couldn't handle them anymore so I canceled them =/

No worries x3 I was the same wen I first heard about then
And well,commissions are similar to requests but u just hav to pay a certain amount of DA points (I hav some if u wanna commission someone =3)
So lets say for example if in the list it says like if u want a picture,there would be a certain amount of points for like if u just want a sketch,the outline,coloured or a full pic with a bg included.It's up to u
And lets say if u want a new icon/avatar for ur account then the person who is doing commissions could do one for u if u hav enough points =3
So u just ask for anything u want but make sure u hav enough points cause otherwise u can't commission someone.

Points are like money on DA basically o3o only u can use them to pay for commissions or possibly other things too.They look like this ---> 
To pay points is very simple =3 u go to that persons page for who u want to pay the points to,then on the right hand side of the page it will say "Give" so click on that and then a list will come up and points will be the 2nd one on the list so u click on that,then it will come up with showing how many points u wanna pay so u type in how much u wanna pay and then afterwards u click on Give =3
And well,that's it really =3
Its simple
I know that wen ur new to DA and stuff things seem confusing but u will understand everything slowly =3
