Ahh I had forgotten abou this manga already
I got to say that I still think it'd look better if you didn't blurr the pixels. If the roughness bothers you then you could try make the images... well, quite... huge actually. When you submit them like that to dA and make them... aaaa to be shown in not their full size..? (I have no idea how English works anyway) anyway it makes them nice and clean :I Pretty much.
Have you tried different programs?
