A request from of her OC Oceana Ice. I hope you like her. I actually enjoyed coloring this one
As I was drawing this I realized that I haven't drawn closed wings for pegasi very much, and if I do they're usually covered up. This drawing is the only other time I have drawn closed wings in full view.
