Aw, I feel sorry for Heimskr now. It's really amazing he manages to survive as long as he does, though. Even people who agree with his views must have thought about killing him now and then just to give their ears a rest. ^_^ Or maybe you just get used to it.

Also, I just stumbled onto your comics, and I think they're great! You have a very distinctive style, and I'm intrigued by an Altmer (I think?) Dragonborn. It's maybe the most counterintuitive race there is, IMO. Maybe that's why Cevenor is so messed up? {= )

As for Cevenor I'm pretty sure he might have a bit of Altmer in his past ... (Due to his eye color. Perhaps a great grandfather no one speaks of?). But, yes, otherwise he is very Bosmer.
