wow, I love the overall design of this one! The jacket is very cool. (haha, no pun intended)
The wings remind of Christmas trees ^.^
My only suggestion for this would be to add more shadows and highlights to create more depth

Such a fascinating and original design. I really like the wings and the outfit. The character definitely looks cold. Good job in expressing the element of ice.

looks cold - you'd think the element of ice would be impervious ... or is the person in there just a regular person and the "element" is the cloak thing ... or is it just supposed to show a picture the expresses ice/cold
