my style's really cutie and it bothers me that when I want to animate or draw something a little more mature I'm told to remember the fact that a majority of my followers are children and young teenagers. I'm 16 and I wanna draw spoopy stuff. I like gore, I like rude jokes (to an extent) and I don't want to have to watch myself. ahh, just a little rant, I'm not unhappy with my style or anything, just a little frustrated about what's expected of me as a "popular" internet artist.Anyway, I wanted to draw something a bit darker and I just played kingdom hearts and I was at Halloween town.

I'm proud of you personally for being mature, considerate, and aware. The best thing I could say to do is create a separate account for 13+ or over art and stuff, but it's completely your choice! I love your art will support whatever choices you make.

You should animate whatever comes to mind. You're an artist you should be able to do whatever feels right to you.Β

Just put a warning on your videos. And if a kid watches it and they know it's bad its not your fault. Animators should be able to upload whatever they want of their channel because it is theirs and if someone doesn't like it then they can leave. You should be able to enjoy what you upload instead of forcing yourself to upload things you dont wanna do. <3 Don't stress yourself too much

Don't restrict yourself just because of your following, it's your art and your channel. If people get mad at you for drawing more mature things, you aren't their parents, you shouldn't have to restrict yourself for them.Β

I don't necessarily think this falls out of line of "popular" internet artist. Some people are known for their gore, or revealing clothing (which i'm not a fan of), creepy art, etc. Personally I'm entirely fine with everything you've done so far, otherwise I wouldn't be watching you
With that out the way, this is awesome. I don't think I've ever played Kingdom Hearts (if I did I was like 4), but both of these characters look really cool. Keep it up, SleepyΒ Β

You don't have to do anything someone else expects of you, I keep seeing these rants about popular artist not being "child friendly" but like, children that are too young to see anything "mature" shouldn't be on the internet to begin with, like there are far worse things they could see then your art, so try not to let that stop you from expressing your own creative freedom.

this is really cool! especially the wings and david's tail. i think most people would really like if you drew darker stuff for a change. if people are really fans of your art, they'd still appreciate it. plus, if you want to be considerate about the younger audience, you could always use a mature content filter or a warning.
