tried to finish this up...art has not been with me lately...trying to get over that. this didnt finish up like i had hoped but then again i lost some patience. Well its done for now. C and C welcome and encouraged.Related content

I really like this. The metal, fog and expression particularly. Is his mask full of water, or just a bit fogged/scratched?

he is an ice blaster so its supposed to be cold and foggy icy effects

Looks good! You did a good job on the rusty metal looking texture and it contrasts well with the blue. The only thing that sticks out is his ear--I'm not sure looking at it whether he has blue skin, or if the ear is covered by something. I'm not a fan of having a black background, I think the piece would get a boost from even a simple suggestion of a background. But all the finished aspects of the picture are well done.
