Hi! Just saw your comment there. My Wacom Cintiq crapped out a few weeks ago, and it turned out there was a problem with my operation system. Wacom released the new driver and it works okay now. Worth checking it out?

Yeah I guess that's not the same problem at all. I have a friend who has Companion 2. I could ask him if he knows.

I asked my friend and he said the same thing happened to him. Apparently there is a problem with the charger cable or something that prevents from the battery from charging/holding charge. He said he had to send it back to Wacom for repair. Did you buy directly from Wacom? I bought mine from a store that specifically sells Wacom product in my city, so when mine had a problem, I phoned them and they contacted Wacom for me, which sped the process up. I think Wacom gives you 3 year warranty???
