This is from Ernst Lubitsch last film, the 1946 comedy "Cluny Brown" with Jones (as a plumber's daughter - hence her ability with a wrench), Charles Boyer (as an immigrant/refugee in Post-War England, Peter Lawford, and Richard Haydn (as an obnoxious pharmacist/chemist - as they are called in England - who is courting "Cluny" (Jones)).
