Babu Gonzo and Rookie meeting for the first time"Hey there little guy" He looked down at the seal pup "Where's your mommy?"
The little seal looked up at him with two big confused eyes. Rookie picked up the seal which started giggling
"Hey you're a cute one, ain't you? I wish I could keep you but then your mommy might not be able to find you. But you can't stay out here either... It's dark and cold and you need food!"
The pup's stomach rumbled causing it to quietly whine.
"Okay we'll go to the pizza parlor and pick up a fish pizza but then we have to look for your mommy, okay?"
Rookie felt his little friend lick him which made him chuckle
"You're so silly"
Rookie cradled the baby in his flippers and made his way to the pizza parlor.
This was the start of a special relationship.
