They are the ones that formed the Mortarrian Republic.
Within the Senate they control 28% or seats, and the Head of the Senate is a Quatron Male named Ark.

The Quatron strive for peace and prosperity, but are still no stranger to war, and violence.

Moast Quatron are senitors, and politicians, working to better the Mortarrian Republic.
But they also have their own military, and a number of middle class citizens that work within the Republic.

If they are not voting in the next Republic debate, they can be seen commanding trade Ships, of managing businesses on planets, and in space stations.

Moast of their Military commands the republic fleat, along side the Dax-del-din.

A Quatron's worth is mesured in intellagence, not money. The Smartest of Quatron are always elivated to top positions within their culture, Evan if the Quatron in question is not "welthy"

because of this the Quatron are the moast advanced of all the races in the Mortarrian Republic.

Quatron females are treated as equals, but, there are less of them in positions like the military, or commanding ships.
Males tend to be more adventures, than the females, so that is why there are more of then in such positions.
