Description So here's my second version of Gengar. I meant to submit it yesterday but that didnt happen =/

So I think this made him more evil and less... maniacal which I believe is the word I'm looking for.

I kind of cheated with this one, but I made it late last night and wanted to do at least one a day. That being said, I will have another one later tonight!
