baha...ok...this is a time skip doujin.
Naruto is going to be hokage, but before that can happen, he has to undergo some training and tutelage.
He's not Hokage yet. He's eighteen in this doujin. ^^ In my stories, he'll be close to 20 before he's Hokage. ^^
