It can be used in a non-commercial sense only. If you're using it in a presentation to sell something, or you're being paid to give the presentation, or anything along those lines, the you'd have to purchase a license.

In the end I tell people they can follow a paid course about this.
So I think it's best to have a license.
But I cannot find where and how to get this license, and what the costs are.
Can you maybe give me a link to the license- and pay-page?

Sorry, but thanks for asking. I've already had enough legal troubles (with this very image actually), regarding giving people approval to use stuff like this in school projects or whatever it is. I'd rather just avoid the headache all together. Once bitten twice shy.

Is this entirely done in 2D, or is there a 3D software involved? Maybe you could give some hints on how you accomplished this? It's one of the most interesting wallpapers I've ever seen.

it involves many copies of a couple of the people, moving them a bit, making them bigger or smaller, then blurring the hell out of the foreground and background
