At some place of the whole existence this entity can be found reading the scroll of destiny where the story of everything that exists is writen in a complex alphabet incomprenhensible for the human mind. While waving his five arm with gesture, he recites each one of the events that happen to all indiviuals, objects, places, etc. A leyend claims that someone tried to steal the scroll once in order to change the story of everything, but The Reciter defeated that person in combat and then erased any trace of said person from reality. Although the fight cost him one of his arms.

En algún lugar de la existencia esta entidad puede ser encontrada leyendo el pergamino del destino, donde la historia de todo lo que existe yace escrita en un alfabeto incomprensible para la mente humana. Mientras gesticula con sus cinco brazos el declamador recita a la vez todos y cada uno de los eventos que sucenden a todos los individuos, objetos, lugares, etc. Cuenta la leyenda que un individuo trató de robarle el pergamino para cambiar la historia del todo. El declamador lo venció en combate, lo borró de la realidad y eliminó toda información sobre su identidad. Sin embargo, perdió uno de sus brazos en la afrenta.
