Oil Painting 16"x20"The color is not quite right with this and I might decide to change stuff on it tomorrow but it's good enough for tonight. sleeeeeepppppp.
so this piece is pretty much about taking your weakness and making your strength. In an alternate history where she doesn't get her head chopped off, Medusa now has control over when she turns to stone. Since stone does not die, neither does she. She is not afraid to look into her reflection anymore.

This is really clever . Besides, I think that the colour is good as it is. It gives an ancient Greek feeling to the image

Oh good, thank you, In person I think the greens are brought out more, this picture makes it look a little more monotone. We'll see how my teacher thinks about it in class on Tuesday.
