[P]ersonality: C-C-C-C-COMBO BREAKERRRR
Jae Hyun is in-your-face, doesn't give a damn, type of guy. His personality is fairly extroverted and he'll talk to people easily. Jae Hyun loves starting new projects and making/doing things himself. He'll get really into something and research the hell out of it for a week and master it. Because he's pretty good at most activities he pursues (both in part to talent and through intense, concentrated effort), Jae Hyun can be ridiculously arrogant. And while he's chatty, he does however need his alone time and he absolutely refuses to talk to people in the mornings until after he has some tea, breakfast, brushes his teeth, and showers.

Jae Hyun loves arguing with friends, roughhousing, and tends to be pretty loyal to people that earn his respect. If you don't have his respect however, he'll pretend you don't exist or (with forced interaction), he'll act condescending as hell. Jae Hyun's also actually very sensitive in terms of emotions (though he'll feign indifference) and feels inadequate in terms of romance (has never been in a relationship). Jae Hyun can be pretty oblivious to feelings but through years of RTS games, prides himself on being a good reader of people (but he isn't really in terms of emotions). At school, he's always had large groups of male and female fans (for varying reasons) so he's used to be given compliments, homemade lunches and general adoration but usually brushes them off with a "Thanks."

TL;DR: A loud, douchey and competitive bro, but a nice guy deep, deep down.

[H]istory: Every so often there is a person born who is just talented and too lucky. Jae Hyun Han is one of those people. Jae Hyun Han was born second son (and youngest child) to a wealthy Korean couple (a doctor and lawyer, respectively). Because his older brother was the academic, his parents never stressed studying to Jae Hyun but instead gave him free reign to pursue anything. Jae Hyun took advantage of this to do whatever he wanted at any given time and believed he truly had no limits.

For his 6th birthday, Jae Hyun got his first PC game, the original, vintage Starcraft I. He never looked back. With his natural abilities of concentration, he managed to pass his classes with an 86 average in all subjects throughout his school career while playing approximately 8~10 hours of Starcraft each day. He dreamt of becoming the world's best Terran player and was attending regular tournaments in professional leagues by age 15. It seemed as though he could achieve his dream of becoming the next "Emperor" of Starcraft.

However one day, his luck ran out as he felt a bruising pain in his right hand muscle that prevented him from playing in the finals of a national tournament. Later, he found his hand had extreme muscle fatigue and a mild form of carpal tunnel syndrome so that he'd have to rest from playing for the next 8 months if he wanted to heal. And even then, the pain would possibly come back if the hand underwent any strenuous hand activity could make the muscles ache. Jae Hyun was beyond devastated and painfully shut himself away from the world with only his precious laptop. One day as he was surfing through random gag manga to cheer himself up, he happened to hear a song. It was a cover of a very cute shoujo anime that he didn't like... but it was sung by an all-male group. They sung the previously all too cute and sparkly song... differently. They remixed it with rap and band instrumentals so the song transformed into a powerful man medley. It was beautiful. And so terribly manly. Jae Hyun decided right then and there; that's what he wanted to do.

If Jae Hyun were an ordinary man, he would've attended vocal lessons to properly sing, but he isn't. He started singing on his own by recording his own voice with newly bought (and rather pricey) recording gear. He kept singing and listening to see how to change his voice until he liked it. He read up on musical theory and technique meticulously. Likewise, he started recording himself doing manly covers of various songs he enjoyed (though he felt the instrumentals were too lacking to post them proudly onto online accounts). Soon, Jae Hyun became more and more obsessed with singing, and found himself continuously enjoying the different details of cadence and rhythm of musical vocals. Jae Hyun decided that cover singing for his own enjoyment wasn't enough. He would become a singer to encourage the fallen men when they were down. He, Jae Hyun Han, would create manly music for himself (mainly) and other manly men.

With his plans of manliness in mind, Jae Hyun applied to FI Entertainment at age 17.
