It took ages to get his expression right - at one point he looked like a total stranger. Now he is more like..himself. XD

And...it's good to search for tutorials - it helped my greatly at the beginning. But as for the hair, since i use Paint Tool SAI, i have found the 'fur' brush rather useful.

lol yeah egh expressions can be such a pain. >< Hmm... Idk if I should even be giving any suggestion, but what I noticed after looking at the real image was maybe the eye on the right could be a little more rounded at the bottom, and the eyebrow also seems to go down slightly.  XD

Yeah. I wish I had more time to practice and obsess over tutorials, but school is trying to drown me with tests. T_T Ooh, paint tool sai? I've never heard of that lol I'll have to check it out!

Suggestions are always good. Sometimes when you have worked on one piece for so long, you don't even notice all the mistakes yourself. Well, i might try to fix it up a bit later....if i'm not feeling too lazy. XD

Pain Tool SAI is a really good program for digital art - i personally prefer it over Photoshop. Though i do use PS for slight brightness/color edit after the drawing is done.

haha That's true. In my art class, our teacher is always harping on us to change perspective during drawing. eh I don't think it needs changes, it's still awesome! XD
