Been feeling pretty down so I decided to do some vent art.

I suffer from severe depression and anxiety (fun!) and sadly I am known to sometimes self harm.
I remember my boyfriend once asked me, why don't you just not harm? Now anyone who has ever done self harm knows the destructive circle of going into a weird mode, satisfaction and then crippling regret.
When ever I go into the mode I feel like someone takes over and there are two major voices that command the one that takes over, and all I can do is just watch. It's a very numb place that I wish no one else has to go through.

I am not sharing this so people feel pity for me, because thats dumb. But if you are feeling down, or feeling bad. Even if a doctor didn't give you a title of what you have, you are not alone.

If you are feeling down or like you are at risk of doing something against yourself, please tell someone immediately. It can be someone on the internet if you don't feel confident telling friends or family. I recommend the app Pacifica.
