btw: since there is not much known about Kusagakure, I made some headcanons

Here's a bit additional info:

Ajisai Noriko (紫陽花法子), was born in Kusagakure and achived the Jonin rank as a kunoichi. After her village was destroyed, because of the leader's reckless decision to start a fight with Takigakure, Noriko decided to leave Kusa. Her father and her brother died during the war, she left behind her mother and her strange uncle, who has been a great ninja, but now lives in the woods surrounding the village, completely as one with nature.

The surrounding great ninja villages (Konoha and Iwa), offered support for the Kusa ninjas that were now without administration. Noriko gladly accepted that offer and now travels a lot between Iwa and Konoha to take missions and earn money (not alway legally lmao), to support her mother and the reconstruction of her destroyed village.

Noriko often acts very distant and aloof, but only to protect herself. If you get to know her better, she's usually kind, a little mischievous at times and will help you, if you need her.
