I've seen these tier things with a certain POV/etc the characters/etc (such as countryhumans or countries) react to (for ex. A text that says "we have a baby") but can't seem to find a empty template for it, so here! (delete the "-pov/etc here-" upon using, and replace with the actual pov/etc)

credit is much unneeded and completely optional, because theres a chance it could blow up in use, and I wouldn't appreciate like 50 mentions if it does so.
