Scarletflame forced herself to nod slowly, dropping her gaze to her paws as to hide her expression. Though the thought of him leaving brought her great relief, at the same time she couldn't help feeling like she was losing a big part of herself-- the part of herself that would stray from her vengeful path to be with him. Quickly, though, she pushed her longing away. It was better this way. He would never have to witness her treachery. He wouldn't have to be hurt by her ever again.
