While, as other have pointed out, her pose come off as awkward - that is, she is supposed, I assume, to be kneeling a little as she is tied to the pole - I appreciate the effort you went to make that pose, instead of just making her stand straight up at the pole.
Anyway, I love Wild West themes in bondage/peril/pin-ups, but while simply searching for words like "indian" was how I found your pic, it was your style that made me put you on watch.

The gag and neck are nicely done. The standing pose does seem a little akward, though. It's like either she's standing on her tippy toes to get a look at something, or her legs are about to buckle and she's going to slide down onto her butt 
...I feel like I'm rambling. Does what I just said make a lick of sense?

I really like this picture. I've always been a sucker for Indian Princesses... probably because that's where so many of us got our first brush with the world of bondage.
The cleave gag seems to be a little off in the picture... not sure what exactly. I love the way she's standing. The positioning of the legs and the way the shadow falls makes it seem very real.

She really is, I love hot Indian girls there was a movie I saw once about a cowboy that kidnapped a squaw, tied her up and hid her in a cave. I guess I was thinking about her when I drew this.
