Seychelles looks kind of depress. Just the way her eyes look along with the lips she seems kind of sad. But at the same time her expression along with the wind blowing her hair she's radiating a calming aura. It's this which shows just how pure she is, and personally for me it serves as a reminded as to why I love Seychelles.
As for your skills your drawing style kind of captures closely to what she might look like in real life, and she looks beautiful. Also I love how you did her complexion. It's just right. That her skin appears soft. The blueish background is a nice touch for it fits who she is and where she lives/represents, which is a tropical island country.
So overall this is an excellent picture. I came across it when I saw your video of you making this. I didn't watch the whole thing though for I was busy though most of the day. I'll look at it later.

I love the combination of "fucking" and "Valentine's Day". Wow, this sounds so frustrated again...
However, I love the atmosphere in the picture and your way of colouring the eyes and skin. I think this picture is gorgeous because of its simplicity!
