Because I like to surprise people and stuffToday's 's birthday and I also wanted to wish him a good day :3
It also gave me an excuse an opportunity to draw Richter. Really, I have always wanted to draw him and now his new redesign looks even cooler. Suits owo Besides, he is one of the first characters I saw when I found out about PKMC.
I don't really know you well but I still want to wish you a happy birthday and I hope you will have a great year ^^
