Dream On - V2I made this new version for the 'draw this again' contest of deviantart. I'll also submit the template so you can see the two versions next to each other.
I started out as a vector, but rasterized the layers after that. So it's a vexel. Made with the pentool. And some gradients.
I drew first with the bamboo tablet, and with a help of a picture of my sister I made a few years ago.

There are things I like about both versions of this work. I feel like your attention to detail is better in the second one, but I feel like the first one has a bolder line and that the second one has lost that making it feel kinda fuzzy all over. If you ever take another swing at this one It would be awesome to see that contrast and strong line you had in the first one. Awesome work.
