Description
This was a piece of art I did for my friend, as part of the Pokemon XY challenge. Her birthday is on January 26.
She was always a huge inspiration for me when it came to art. She made it seem so effortless; so incredibly talented.
I really like incorporating symbols into my pieces, either by shapes (hearts, crescent moons, stars, etc), by animals, or by plants or minerals. I have a deep respect for nature.
I have seen so many mixed responses when it comes to this fairy, fragrance pokemon, that I couldn't resist trying my hand at it. I would definitely say that this is a female version of the pokemon...
There are a lot of things that I could say about this painting...but I'll let you do the pondering as to what it means.
