Though, it seems too flat IMO, you've got a perfectly drew face there but the rest is flat, and the head is too flat.
However the hair is nicely shaded, same as face, seems to me like a clash of 2 different styles (2-tones shaded one and a HD one), also the neck is a little too long IMO, but I'm not certain on this.
But that face, did you use a reference? Because it looks really pro, the nose, those eyes, awesome!
