I would call it Key of Kells, after the animals in the Book of Kells.

I would suggest the title, Hamartia.
This is a Greek term that in drama and literature, frequently refers to a hero's fatal flaw. I consider this name appropriate, as the design of this key immediately makes me think of a noble family crest; in such a family, the ideal of that legacy - the pride and expectation that goes along with upholding or maintaining the image that it invokes - would most certainly, at some point, be the catalyst for a tragic chain of events.
I would also love to buy this key, if it's available.

Adonis.
Legend says he was a handsome young god who was the object of love and affection to Aphrodite (Greek goddess of love, beauty, pleasure) and Persephone (Greek goddess of the underworld); because of this they disputed who he truely loved the most. The griffins represent the two goddesses fighting over the green jewel (In this case Adonis), a symbol of their envy, for themselves.

The Key of Two
According to medieval lore/myth griffins not only mated for life, but also, if either partner died, then the other would continue throughout the rest of its life alone, never to search for a new mate. The idea of how the griffins only mated once was something the church back in the day would see as an example of how they would view marriage.
It seemed only suitable when I saw this key. The two griffins are mates i.e. two parts of a whole which is the key {the whole} itself...i hope i'm making sense here. The whole church was the extra tidbit of a backstory i found about griffins which would seem to be the focus of the key.

Eternal Soul
This fits since griffins mate for life. When one dies, the other one just lives on it's own without a mate until the griffin's death. The two live for each other and they never turn their backs on each other threw life and death.

Apocrypha
Originally a Greek word meaning "those hidden away," it has been speculated that the name Apocrypha refers to what the key opens as well as its griffon guardians. Hinting at something more than just treasure, scientists have been hard-pressed keeping this key in their hands and away from typical looters. Their current theory is Apocrypha opens the gateway to a world with griffons - if you're lucky enough to find where to use it.

Aeolus' Key
The Silver key to the to the room of screaming winds; said to of housed the screeches of all vanquished monsters carried in the winds to the ears of frightened mortals. The infamous howl of the Griffins carried in the gusts of Boeras' breath through the times of Greece to Egypt to England, with King Arthur. These Chimera forever confined in silver chains and emerald collars. (From My OC Story)

Vengeance of Kings.
The Gryphon (or griffin) is a symbol of strength, wisdom, the sun, salvation, and vengeance. As a combination of the eagle - the king of the sky - and the lion - the king of the wild - the gryphon is a combination of the kings of earth and air. It is said the the gryphon is the embodiment of Nemesis, the goddess of vengeance and retribution. Green is commonly associated with envy and jealousy, but also is the color of the Heart Chakra - Anahata. Vengeance is often caused by grievances to the heart - in other words, personally. This is an elegant key with and intricate design, which is why I chose Kings. Not to mention King's vengeance can be painful to the receiving end.

Key to Soothing War
Why?:
Wyverns are often depicted in heraldry and are a symbol of war, envy and pestilence. It can be a sign of strength to those who bear it. Unlike dragons, which are either good or sometimes evil, wyverns are unambiguously malicious. It is deprived from a French word 'wyvere', which means both 'viper' and 'life'. And seeing how the two wyverns are fighting, it just seems to fit.
The color green is soothing and relaxes us both mentally and physically. It gives us a sensation of self-control, peace, and harmony. Seeing as the green gem is between the battling wyverns, it can allude to ceasing the war with an outside force, such as this key.

Wyvern Keeper.. I would suggest Beryl Wyvern or Wyvern Beryl, but those don't sound too great..
Wyvern because in mythology they have wings, two legs or none, the body of a serpent, and the head of a dragon. Their cousin is the dragon. Beryl means sea green jewel, which is why I would have suggested it, because of the jewel in the middle, and Beryl is now sort of an antique name to give to a child. Which this key seems to have that beauty about it, the antique beauty, something so beautiful. The wyverns seem to be keeping the jewel protected, much like dragons and wyverns were thought to protect long ago, killing many knights and those foolish enough to try to steal their treasure. There's also the keeping of the keys, when some kings used to entrust their keys to a servant, or they'd entrust them to mythical beasts trained only to take orders from the person that gave them the keys.

Scythian Divineness
Gryphons represent various symbols from love to healing powers to courage. With such a strong presence , it is no wonder as to why gryphons are compared to kings, the sun, and even gods. Countless statues have been created in honor of gryphons. Some even believe fossils have been in the lands of Scythia, or present day Kazahkstan. Divineness is a word used to describe god-like powers, perfect for the majestic gryphons.

Yin's Envy
I thought of this because green traditionally means envy and jealousy. Also I've been told that silver is compatible with Yin, so there you have it.

I thought of it because traditionally green means envy and jealousy and I've been told that Yin can be represented with silver. Perhaps Yin is jealous of the light.

The King Of Creatures.
because a Griffin has the body of a lion (wich is considered to be the king of land) and the head/wings of the eagle (king of the sky) the griffin is considered the king of all.
these to features (lion & eagle) also made him a perfect emblem for the church due to the fact that they represent divinity (by being both part of land and of sky -- human and divine) this can conect the griffin to great power and also a place as king because in many cultures the king (having the place of highest rule) is considered to be closest to god.
the fact that griffins are also known for their protection & possesion of valuble itams can also conect it to kingship, seeing as the historical rulers (obviously) had the most riches, this also connects to the key in the sense that the jewl in the middle represents the riches they are gaurding.
also, giffins are known for being loyal and trustworthy wich is (albeit not historical) anethor staple of kinghood and divinaty, to watch over the people and keep them safe and to gaurd them at all costs was the purpose of the king, and also many of the things a griffin are known for.

I would probably name it The Gryphon's Grail not just for alliteration, but because in connection to the myth, gryphon's were known to guard treasures such as emeralds of which were connected to The Holy Grail.
