Just curious, how do you mean "not horizontally aligned"?

The angle at which this photo was taken does give an appearance of imbalance, however, the horizontal lines in the background are perfectly level.

Also, I don't use/own photoshop (or any other editing program for that matter) as I don't do much editing outside of color/exposure adjustments and adding text. Besides I rather like that I can see that he's clearly sitting on a bench instead of appearing to be sitting on a floating slab.

yeah i see the editing

but its NOT perfectly aligned..thats what i meant and that is what i see in the front

as u see the vertical lines in the front left is NOT leveled -> this means the horizontal angle is not correct.

I understand what you're saying about the front left, but I assure you, my tripod levels were centered and the photo is level to the pier on which I was standing.

the tripod levels are not saying it is correct leveled- u know that right? or your camera objective is broken that could be as well ^^

Or maybe the pier is uneven. Who knows, really lol. I'll see if I can tweak the perspective a little. I'm not really keen on editing too much, aside from multiplicity and panoramics...

yeah its just 1 click in photoshop there is a correction system for such things...

or in your raw development program

I don't use photoshop, lol. I use Picnik.com ...I usually only adjust contrast/exposure/color saturation/hue and add text or the occasional vignetting.
