Hmm... I'd have to say either the reveal of Dust's true identity, or the big finale~
(Either those or Dust getting his own Fidget doll. I guess he'll just have to carry it around. Forever.)
One of the questions I still have about the story though is why General Gaius was ordered to exterminate the Moonbloods, and by whom? What happened to the person who issued those orders to make them hate a seemingly peaceful race so fiercely? There are mysteries yet waiting to be solved~ ¬w¬

Well, from what I gathered, is that Gaius was not ordered by anyone to destroy the moonbloods. It was his own duty. He saw them as an impurity, or a mistake, and believed they should be wiped from existence. So, I'm guessing it was just his own beliefs, kinda like Adolf Hitler about the Jews in WW2.
But, yes. There are many mysteries about Dust yet to be revealed. Such as the four other Elysium blades, and possibly their wielders. OvO

I'm pretty sure that near the end (right before you fight Gaius, I believe) he mentions briefly that he (and Cassius) were taking orders from somebody. I heard that due to time constraints during the game's development they had to cut the story short, and Gaius wasn't originally intended to be the final boss. I assume it would have been whoever was commanding him. I've also heard that the creator is planning to make a sequel someday to finish the story completely, but it isn't going to be the next game he works on. ouo

Ohhh, yeah, I think I remember that. I think it was a king actually, because in the cutscenes with Jin and Cassius, Cassius said that Jin's crime was against their king. So I think the land, Falana, is ruled by a king, who perhaps made this rule that moonbloods and warmbloods are not to be together. But Gaius took it upon himself to kill them.
Ohh, wow! I did not know that! It actually makes sense now, because I heard that the game WAS rushed to get done, but they did good on it. And yes, there is going to be a sequel, just not for a long time. Dang, I can't wait. OvO

I managed to find Gaius' quote here - youtu.be/M7NQ3HB1sFs?t=15s "leading the very creatures we've been charged to destroy!" I'd forgotten that a king was mentioned! So I agree, I bet it was him who Gaius served, and I think it was him who 'charged' the destruction of the Moonbloods...
And yes, the game was really well made! Especially for such a small team working on such a constrained time limit

Ohh, man! You're right, Maybe Gaius WAS being ordered, but now I'm confused!! In Aurora, after you fight Fuse and talk to Ginger, she says that a Gaius saw the moonbloods as an impurity and sought out to destroy them! So, that's when I thought maybe the king had an order that moonbloods were "disqualified as a race" or something, and Gaius just went the extra mile to kill them. O.o But... now I'm confused.
Hopefully, in the sequel they will clear up on everything. ^^
I knooow me too! You know what I think? I think, and I wish I could suggest this to Dean Dodrill, but I think when Dust returns, and he reunites with Fidget, and even Ginger it should be an ENTIRE animated cutscene. OvO That would be sooooooo heart-warming!

Even if Gaius was ordered to kill the Moonbloods, he still hated them and clearly had no objections to wiping them out, so it makes sense if he was both following commands and saw them as an impurity himself. He'd probably have been just as willing to wipe them out if he'd been given the order to or not
And I wouldn't be surprised if Dust and Fidget's reunion (at least) was fully animated ^^ It'd be a very important and very emotional scene :'D

Yeah, that's what I thought. Though I keep forgetting there's a actual king ruling the land. I'd like to see him in the next game though! Actually, when I first saw the game and I first saw Gaius, I thought he was a king. And a good guy for some reason. XP Then I found he's a general and a killer, sooo yeah. Not a good guy.
Ohhh, I know right?? Dust and Fidget are my favorite characters in the game, and I'm just dreaming of their reunion. I mean, come on, how can there not be any emotion? These two characters have been together since the beginning of the game, and they've been through so much together... and you can tell at the end, when Dust said thank you and Fidget said goodbye, you can tell there's some amazing connection between the two. ^^
