on one hand it looks like a photograph and on the other hand i think it's nearly impossible to draw without a photograph such a picture, just if your very talented^^

hehe, ok, I admit I've used photography
but I know a guy from my class, who can "draw a photo" without photo, just staring on a real, living model. so, it's not impossible
