Imagine if Milotic mega-evolved into Mega Milotic. Gourgeist could use Mega Milotic's Mega Stone to become Mega Gorgeist.

Yeah, I also have had the idea of certain Formes being retconned as Mega Evolutions, like Black Kyruem and White Kyruem being Formes of Kyruem. If Reshiram and Zekrom had Mega Evolutions, Kyruem could use respective their Mega Stones to become either Black Kyurem or White Kyurem.
