Description
A challenge by LadyInfel . Originally the idea was just to draw a character with a wet shirt but I kinda took it a bit further than that and this is the result of it.This is mostly an experiment to see if I can manage to emulate a "wet" effect on clothes. It's not the best but I like how it turned out in the end.
Also I wish it actually rained here :C
