Bravo! I can never get long exposures like this without over exposing. What's the secret?

Actually the trick is that the clouds were like that - twisted. As you can see the exposure time isn't very long, just 1/400 second.
But I've tried long exposures too to make pictures similar to this one. You should try ND-filters. They rock. Especially when using Nikon DSRL, 'cos the lowest ISO-sensivity that you can select is iso200 and it is a bit too high for long exposures in the daylight.

Wow, that's a pretty fast shutter speed to catch results like this. Very interesting.
And I would love to experiment with filters and various settings. I just wish I had a dslr One day, I'll have one...hopefully...haha
