Nice, clean look. However, I don't think the hammer/ruler (or whatever) image fits in at all. Firstly, it had colors not found anywhere else, and it's also a straight on shot, whereas all the other images are at interesting angles. I think it would look much better without it there at all, to add a bit more space, or replaced with a more 'in-style' image.
