Really liking the effect on this pic. Just a question though, what was your exposure setting in this? (assuming that as you've mentioned above, you used a single LED book light as source)

Well, I know as much about cameras as a caveman probably knew about astrophysics. My camera (I believe) has a fixed exposure setting, but I did use iPhoto to turn the exposure up a bit.)
In real life, the book light is very dim. However, the camera really turns the lighting up on its own.

Nope. LED book light was the only light source here.
