...I just came back from my perspective drawing classes, and I gotta say... you must of busted a nut trying to get all this done correctly and in perspective. Plus, adding all the extra details and such must of been difficult too. Your hard work can clearly be seen, and it really blows my mind how people can do this. I hope I can be that patient to draw something like this one day.

Once you get the main points(no pun intended) down and your comfortable with the basics, you can cheat a little and still get a good effect. That said it still takes a heck of a while to finish a BG!
Keep drawing/practicing and you too can labor on detail intensive backgrounds!

It amazes me that you can put so much detail into a relatively simple shot. It also amazes me how artists can just take a "simple" drawing, animate some characters in it effectively, and present something awesome. How on earth can I learn these skills? Must be through learning on the job. Awesome as always. Jealous too.

There are defiantly times when you really get into a drawing and I certainly was enjoying this, in fact the whole show and the Battle Nexus world in general was one of my favorite locales to draw. As for the how, drawing everyday,continue drilling perspective into your head, and most important, I think as with all art is observation of life and applying it into your art.
